The US Congress and the FDA was made aware of our efforts and solicited our team in their early approval of the oral diagnostic for HIV. LEAP Project We can with corporate help roll up our sleeves and impact communities with the good news of healthy eating habits. The LEAP project seeks to reintroduce urban farming activities for children and families. We represent health care providers, practitioners, congregations, agricultural department and grassroots community organizers. We are all convinced that we have a vital stake in returning our community to wellness.. Demographics We are aware of the traditions of Southern cuisine that place us at risk. for diabetes, obesity, and chronic illness. As This multi community wellness initiative will target and serve those who are most at risk for poor health -- low-income, under-served or minority populations.
